Pro Karate Center's Leadership Team

Mission Statement

Transforming martial artists into real life leaders and heroes through project based leadership training. We Build strong characters and  leaders one students at a time. We are dedicated to building character, confidence, and respect in a family friendly atmosphere. Our leadership program teaches these young leaders how to deal with specific situations that kids deal with on a day to day basis. We teach them how confidence and humility are the keys to success. In our world kids have too many negatives and pressures. We work with each child in a positive environment to teach them how to deal with the negatives and turn them into a positive situation. Our leadership program also teaches each member the importance of community activities and helping out others.

On Behalf of all the children we serve, thank you for allowing one of your students, Nick Chase, to organize a clothing drive at Pro Karate Center. Over the months of July and August we received 32 bags of beautiful clothes. You should be proud of outstanding response from all of your students. It certainly speaks well of you and all the instructors. And you should be especially proud of Nick Chase who is one of our Youth volunteers. Thanks you for this huge effort; we are grateful to be the recipient of your benevolence.

Again, many thanks for helping is Clothe A CHILD and Change a Life. Please share this letter with everyone who participated in the clothing drive.

Project: Joshua House

Mission: To put a smile on each kids face at the Joshua House. These kids are abandoned & abused children.

Results: Wow, this was such an awesome day. It's really hard not to shed some tears thinking about the children we visited. Our leadership team started of with a Great demonstration. The children were in awe. Sensei Dean, Nancy Brummer and Sherry Chase were busy cooking hot dogs & hamburgers for the children. Pro Karate Center supplied all the food and drinks. Our leadership team spent hours playing with the children. It was so amazing to see how each leadership team member bonded with the children at the Joshua house. We were NOT allowed to take pictures but, pictures would not even describe how proud I was of all our leadership team. They learned alot that day and completed our mission of putting a smile on each kids face.
